A story shaped by lived experience, uncertainty, and the search for steadiness.

Wild & Unbroken exists because I know what it is to move through fear, information overload, difficult decisions, and the long work of hearing your own voice again.

A quiet introduction

I am Neva, and this work grew from my own experience navigating HER2-positive breast cancer, cryoablation, integrative healing, nervous system work, and AI-assisted research.

But the heart of this story is not only cancer. It is also uncertainty. It is fear, conflicting opinions, treatment pressure, the exhaustion of constant research, and the question of how to make decisions when you no longer feel fully anchored in yourself.

Along the way, I learned how much can change when there is space to pause, ask better questions, and return to yourself with more steadiness. That experience became the foundation for everything Wild & Unbroken now offers.

What Became Clearer

What became clearer for me was how much steadiness matters. When everything feels urgent, even a small return to steadiness can change the shape of a day.

I began to see how easily fear, noise, and pressure can pull a woman away from herself, and how slowly self-trust can return when there is enough space to pause and listen again.

I also found myself paying more attention to discernment. Not every opinion deserved equal weight, and the right questions often made difficult decisions feel more inhabitable.

Perhaps most of all, I felt the difference that no judgment makes. The body is not the enemy, and support feels very different when it helps a woman stay connected to herself rather than become more dependent on someone else.

Why I created Wild & Unbroken

Many women arrive carrying far more than a diagnosis. Alongside decisions about treatment or healing, there may be fear, overwhelm, self-doubt, old patterns, practitioner pressure, caregiving strain, and information overload.

I created this space because what many women need first is not more urgency or more advice. They need room to breathe. Room to feel less alone. Room to sort through what is true for them. Room to reconnect with their own capacity to navigate uncertainty with more steadiness, self-trust, and discernment.

Wild & Unbroken is not here to tell women what path to choose. It exists to offer lived perspective, grounded support, and a quieter place to think when life feels too loud.

What I believe

You do not need to defend your questions.

Your body is not the enemy.

There is no single right path for every woman.

Informed consent matters.

Self-trust can be cultivated.

Support should build autonomy, not dependency.

If my story resonates, you are welcome to keep exploring.

There is space here for gentle support, thoughtful reflection, and grounded conversation for women moving through uncertainty in their own way and at their own pace.
