Steadiness
A place to slow down when life feels urgent, noisy, or hard to hold.
Wild & Unbroken
A calm, grounded space for navigating uncertainty, difficult decisions, and the moments that can feel too much to carry alone.
If you have arrived here overwhelmed, frightened, exhausted, or deep in a spiral of research and decision-making, you are welcome here.
This space grew out of lived experience with diagnosis, uncertainty, cryoablation, nervous system healing, and the search for steadiness when life no longer felt predictable.
It is not here to pressure you toward one path.
It is here to support clearer questions, deeper self-trust, and a more grounded relationship with your own decisions.
A place to slow down when life feels urgent, noisy, or hard to hold.
Room to hear yourself again beneath fear, pressure, and information overload.
Asking better questions and making choices with more clarity and care.
Meet Neva
I created Wild & Unbroken from inside my own experience of diagnosis, cryoablation, recovery, nervous system healing, and the long process of learning how to trust myself again.
Along the way, I discovered that what many of us need most is not more pressure or certainty, but enough space to hear ourselves again.
This is not a place of pressure or performance. It is a place shaped by lived experience, thoughtful reflection, and the belief that women deserve space to ask questions, take their time, and find their own footing.
